Shipping Policy – FAQs

1. How are orders shipped?

We use registered domestic courier partners and India Post (Speed Post) for safe delivery.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2–3 days of placement. Delays may occur based on agreed conditions at the time of purchase.

3. Who is responsible for delays in delivery?

Delays by courier/postal services are beyond our control. Athloun is not liable for such delays.

4. Where will my order be delivered?

To the shipping address provided during checkout. Ensure accurate details to avoid issues.

5. How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID once the order is shipped.

6. Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is free. However, a nominal fee of INR 50/- is charged on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This fee is non-refundable.
